Three doors. One coach.
No prices listed on purpose — what's right for you depends on your goals, timeline, and how often we train. We'll figure it out on the first call. No pressure, no sales pitch.
The 1:1
Private in-person strength training programmed around your body, your space, and your week.
This is the deep work. We meet in person — at your home, at a small studio, wherever the strength training actually happens for you. I watch you move. I write your program. I adjust it as your life changes, because it will.
Sessions are 45–60 minutes. We focus on compound lifts first — squats, hinges, presses, rows — then build accessory work that fixes the specific things your body needs. Postpartum core, glute medius for the mom who carries a kid on one hip, shoulder stability for the desk worker. No two programs look the same because no two women are the same.
Between sessions you get a written plan for the days I'm not there. You text me when something feels off. You send a video, I send a fix. You're not training alone, you're training with a coach who's a thumb-tap away.
Best for women who want maximum attention, the fastest learning curve, and a true partner in the work. 6–9 month commitment is where this method actually changes you — but we'll figure out the right cadence on our first call.
- ▸Movement screen & baseline assessment in week one
- ▸Custom 4-day-a-week program updated every 4 weeks
- ▸Form fixes via video between sessions
- ▸Nutrition basics (protein, hydration, recovery) layered in
The Pair
Bring your sister, your best friend, your accountability partner. Same coach, double the energy.
Some women thrive when they train alone — they want the quiet, the focus, the time to themselves. Some women come alive when there's another person sweating beside them. If you're the second kind, The Pair is for you.
Two of you, one coach, one session. We design the workout so both of you are progressing in parallel — different weights, different regressions or progressions as needed, but the same arc, the same energy. You'll spot each other. You'll count each other's reps. You'll text each other on the days neither of you wants to show up, and you'll both show up anyway.
Partner accountability is the most underrated programming variable in fitness. When the alarm goes off at 5:45 and your friend is already at your door, the willpower question disappears. This is the version of training that quietly survives the chaos of two real lives, because you're carrying each other.
Best for mother-daughter pairs, sister duos, neighbors with similar schedules, or any two women who've been telling each other for years that they should finally start.
- ▸60-minute sessions for two
- ▸Programmed for parallel progress with individualized loading
- ▸Shared accountability check-ins between sessions
- ▸Splits the per-person investment without splitting the attention
The 30-Day Onramp
A focused month to learn the basics, build the habit, and prove to yourself you can do this.
The biggest barrier to strength training isn't strength. It's starting. The Onramp exists to remove every excuse: it's short, it's structured, and at the end of it you'll know whether this is the path for you.
Over 30 days we'll meet in person for eight sessions. We'll teach you the five movements you'll come back to for the rest of your life: goblet squat, dumbbell hinge, push-up (in some form), single-arm row, and a press. By week two you'll know how to load each one. By week four you'll be doing them in your own home, on your own time, without me in the room.
The Onramp isn't a transformation program. It's a foundation program. The goal is that on day 31 you have a real habit, a real plan, and a real sense of what's possible. Some women graduate into The 1:1. Some go off and run with what they learned. Either way, you leave with something nobody can take from you.
Best for women who've never lifted, lifted once a decade ago, or are returning postpartum and want to be eased into the work instead of thrown at it.
- ▸8 sessions over 30 days, in person
- ▸Five-movement foundation curriculum
- ▸Take-home plan for the days we're not together
- ▸Honest assessment at day 30: keep going, or graduate with the basics
Not sure which one?
Most women start with a call. We talk about your space, your time, and what you're actually trying to build. I tell you what I'd recommend. You decide.
