Track 02 · The Problem

You catch a glance in the mirror and you flinch.

You feel flabby. Out of shape. Not happy with how you look after kids. You don't have time. You've tried before and it didn't take. You don't know where to start. And honestly — part of you is just tired of feeling like this is what your body is now.

Objection
No time.

Between school runs, work, and bedtime — when?

Objection
Tried before. Failed.

Plans that worked for influencers, not for you.

Objection
No idea where to start.

Twelve apps, four splits, three coaches. Still stuck.

Objection
Body shame.

Catching the reflection. Pulling at the shirt. Apologizing.

Track 03 · The Solution

Confidence — and a piece of yourself back. But better.

I teach women to strength train at home, in small spaces, with what they already have. The fundamentals, done four days a week, sustained for six to nine months. No fads. No shame. No "what worked for them." Just a real plan, a real coach, and a season of showing up.

01

Lift heavy enough that it matters.

Compound first. Sets that leave a couple reps in the tank.

02

Eat enough protein.

Roughly 0.8–1g per pound of goal bodyweight. Stop being underfed.

03

Show up four days. Not seven.

Four real days beats seven half-days every time.

Track 04 · Six Months From Now

Future-pace yourself.

Outcome 01

Feel confident again.

The mirror flinch is gone. You walk in your body instead of around it.

Outcome 02

Happy in your own skin.

You buy the clothes that fit. You stop waiting to earn them.

Outcome 03

Back to your happy place.

Strong, capable, and the most you you've been since before kids.

Track 05 · In Their Words

B-sides from the women in my orbit.

Composite testimonials drawn from the friends, neighbors, and gym partners who've trained alongside me. New client wins will land here as they come in — these speak to the work itself.

“
I stopped apologizing for the parts of me I used to hide. Six months in, I'm stronger than I was at 28.

“
Four days a week, 35 minutes in a corner of my bedroom. That's the whole secret. Why didn't anyone say it that simply?

    Call or text

Tell me your space, your schedule, and what you've tried.

    Movement screen

I watch you move. Squat, hinge, push, pull. We see what's there.

  3. Day 3

    Plan delivered

A four-day-a-week plan written for YOUR body and YOUR equipment.

  4. Day 4–14

    First two weeks together

We train in person, we adjust, we build the rhythm. No guessing.

Track 08 · Who's Behind The Mic

Mom of three. Trains in a corner. Refuses to be cocky about it.

I'm Nicole. I'm an ISSA-certified personal trainer in Saint Augustine, Florida. Before this I was a stay-at-home mom. Before that I ran the front desk at an upscale salon, and freelanced as a model for seven years. Fitness has been my stress relief and my passion since my twenties. Now it's my work.

I won't put pressure on you. I will tell you the truth. Consistency, not perfection.

Track 08B · Portrait Side
Short. Strong. Petite. Loud where it counts.
Track 09 · Common Questions

If you're hesitating, you're not alone.

I don't have time. Will this actually work?+

Four sessions a week, 35–45 minutes each. That's the whole ask. I'd rather you do 4 well than 7 poorly. We pick the four windows that already exist in your week.

I've tried before and quit. Why is this different?+

Because the plan respects your real life. Postpartum, sleep debt, travel-sports weekends, sick kids. We build for the wobble. You're allowed to miss without burning the whole thing down.

I don't have a home gym.+

Good. I train hard in small spaces and I'll teach you to do the same. A bench, a pair of adjustable dumbbells, a band, and a corner — that's plenty.

Final Track · The Encore

Stop waiting for the perfect Monday.

Six to nine months from now, you can be the strongest, most confident version of yourself. The clock is already running. Let's stop watching it and start using it.
